Onboarding an Existing Managed Property
Initial Trustee Meeting & Site Walkthrough
Document Review & Proposal Preparation
We review all existing documentation—financials, service provider contracts, sectional plans, rules, insurance, and maintenance records. Based on this, we prepare a customised management proposal for your scheme.
Formal Appointment & Communication with Owners
Once the appointment is confirmed, we assist in communicating the transition to all owners. This includes an introduction to our team, contact points, and what to expect moving forward.
System Integration with WeconnectU
All relevant scheme information is uploaded and integrated into the WeconnectU management system. This platform streamlines communication, access to documents, and financial transparency for trustees and owners.
Validation of Sectional Plans & Budgets
We verify the accuracy of your sectional title plans and review existing budgets to ensure they’re realistic, compliant, and sustainable.
Review of Financials, Reserves & Insurance
We analyse your financial reports, reserve funds, and insurance policies. If there are any gaps or risks, we’ll make recommendations and assist with solutions.
Service Provider & Maintenance Evaluation
Current service providers and contracts are reviewed to ensure they meet required standards. We identify opportunities for improvement or renegotiation, and assist with onboarding new providers if needed.
Introduction to Owners & Ongoing Management
Once onboarding is complete, we host an owner introduction session. From this point on, your scheme benefits from proactive, responsive, and fully transparent property management.
