Our annual Staff Braai with our groundsmen remains a valued tradition and an important opportunity to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
This year’s event brought together both familiar faces and a few new team members, creating a relaxed environment for everyone to connect and strengthen relationships across the various complexes and estates.
The team enjoyed a variety of meats prepared on the fire, served with traditional pap and sheba. While the food was enjoyed by all, the true highlight was the time spent together, sharing conversation and building camaraderie.
A special moment was the speech by the owner of Hermanus Property Management, Michelle Lawrence, who recognised each individual and expressed sincere appreciation for their commitment to maintaining the high standards of maintenance and service across all estates.
We extend our thanks to our grounds teams for their continued dedication, as well as to our portfolio managers and administrators for their ongoing support and collaboration.
The gathering opened with a heartfelt prayer led by one of our dedicated groundsmen, setting a meaningful and uplifting tone for the day.
